How BlueCyde collects, uses and protects your personal information.
Last updated: November 1, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how BlueCyde ("BlueCyde", "we", "us") collects, uses and protects personal information when you visit bluecyde.com, contact us, book a call or use our services. If you have questions, email support@bluecyde.com.
1. Information we collect
Information you give us. When you fill in a form, book a call or email us, we collect details such as your name, email address, phone number, business name, website, service area and anything you choose to tell us about your business.
Information collected automatically. When you browse our website we may collect technical data such as your IP address, browser type, device, pages viewed, referring page and the date and time of your visit, using cookies and similar technologies. See our Cookie Policy.
Information from clients' accounts. When you become a client and give us access to platforms such as Google Ads, Google Business Profile, Meta, your website or your CRM, we access the data in those accounts only to deliver the services you asked for.
2. How we use your information
- To reply to your enquiry, prepare your free growth audit and schedule calls.
- To provide, manage and improve our services and report on results.
- To send service messages, appointment confirmations and reminders.
- To send marketing emails or texts where you have agreed to receive them. You can opt out at any time.
- To keep our website secure, prevent fraud and meet legal obligations.
3. Text messages (SMS)
If you provide your mobile number and agree to receive texts, we may send messages about your enquiry, appointments and our services. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help at any time. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchase.
We do not sell, rent or share mobile numbers or SMS opt-in consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except service providers that help us deliver messages.
4. How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with:
- Service providers that help us run our business, such as website hosting, our CRM and scheduling platform (HighLevel / LeadConnector), email, video-call and payment providers. They may use your information only to provide services to us.
- Advertising and analytics platforms when you are a client and we run campaigns on your behalf, under your own accounts.
- Authorities or other parties when required by law, or to protect our rights, users or the public.
- A buyer or successor if our business is sold or merged, subject to this policy.
5. How long we keep information
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above — for example, for the length of a client relationship and a reasonable period afterwards for legal, tax and accounting needs. Enquiries that do not become clients are deleted or anonymised when no longer needed.
6. How we protect information
We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards, such as encrypted connections, access controls and reputable service providers. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live — including under U.S. state privacy laws such as the California Consumer Privacy Act — you may have the right to know what personal information we hold about you, to request a copy, to correct it, to delete it, and to opt out of marketing. We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioural advertising. To make a request, email support@bluecyde.com. We will verify your request and respond within the time required by law, and we will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.
8. Children
Our website and services are for businesses and are not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
9. International transfers
Our team and service providers may process information outside your state or country. Where we do, we take reasonable steps to protect it in line with this policy.
10. Third-party links
Our website may link to other websites. We are not responsible for their privacy practices, so please read their policies.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above shows when it last changed. Significant changes will be highlighted on this page.
